Carol King

A native of Tennessee, Carol King received her Orff certification from Memphis State University and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Her thirty‑two years of experience in the Memphis City Schools Orff Program included serving as acting supervisor of that program and mentoring other teachers in the program. Carol has presented sessions at national music conferences in the United States and Canada and numerous workshops for chapters of the American Orff‑Schulwerk Association. She has served as the recorder instructor for Orff Certification courses, and her student recorder ensemble performed at the 2001 AOSA conference in Cincinnati.
